At Latitude 64°, we want you to be fully satisfied with your disc golf gear. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit for your game, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and discs are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
